RE: Official E3 Board

I agree. I don't have this game, but if I had a bit more money I would most definately buy it. A friend in my last period class brings his DS every day just to pass the long period before the end of the day, and he brought this game. His brother bought it, and he had just popped it in to try it out. I told him what I knew about the regular fighting mechanics, and when I told him that they added the star wars sound track to the DS version, he of course immediately turned the sound up. It rocks. Then, he was beginning to lose excitement in the game, but I told him about the flight sim... I showed him to the skirmish area of the multiplayer options, we set up a cool clone starfighter with red and black skin, and began. Man, a comp on easy in the slave I is still a force. The flight sim is absolutely glorious! As a great added touch, you can use the bottom screen for an immensely useful variety of things. You can quickly switch your ratio of power usage between sheilds and weapons depending on the situation, you have a radar that you can quickly switch back and forth to a scoreboard for quick reference, and an overall wonderful selection of maps! They did a great job with the flight sim, and if they fleshed it out a bit, I would buy it alone. Some of my favorite maps are hoth, tatooine, and space 3. This addition is truly worth the extra $10 from the GBA version.
