RE: Just Snagged Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones

Gamer Graffix: NDS skins: Biohazard skin

Well, I am (or was) in 7th grade and since we go to high school for 8-12 grade, we have a graduation in 7th grade. For my graduation I got a few things. One of them was a skin for my DS that I have wanted since a while ago. The skin is very thin although it may look thick at a first glance; I estimate its thickness as about 1/64 of an inch. The area around the buttons I very comfortable and is much easier to use. I had to cut off a small piece on the bottom of the top’s sticker because it would not close with it there. The DS is still slightly open, but not enough to mess it up. Over all the skin is nice and pretty easy to apply [if your hands are not shaky and if you have long nails], but it was a hassle to cut the part of the skin that caused the DS not to close. I did not apply the top sticker because it would not fit in my case with it on (my case is very very small). Overall it is a nice skin and provides support to your thumbs, but it has afew fallbacks, but since I have nothing to compare it to I may be being a bit harsh.

My ratings:
Visuals: 8.5/10
Comfort-ability: 9/10
Application: 5/10
Protection: 9/10

Overall it is about an 8/10.

I have enclosed sum pictures of my DS w/ the skin on:

this is the box and the "seal" of authenticity

This is the whole DS.

These are the buttons pannels.

This is the front; you can sorta see the gap when it is closed. Compare the gap to either the GBA game, or my thumb

Here's the side of it.

And finally here is the top of it.

I hope you enjoied this and will use it when considering buying a skin.
