Actually, no. We can't go very far into space. There are billions of galaxies in space, and we can't even go past our galaxy.
I saw a T.V. show on aliens. It was actually sort of interesting(and scary O.o). They were interviewing these people who said they got abducted by aliens during the night, and how to aliens did all these weird tests on them. Some guy said something like, "It was in the middle of the night, about 2 in the morning. I felt a prescence in my room. I awoke and found I couldn't move my body, I was paralyzed. I looked over to the side of my bed and saw them standing there.. no more than 3 feet tall. I started floating out the window into their ship. In the ship they did things to me that I never want to think about again.."
Then they went showing all these video clips of alien spacecrafts taken by random people.
I think there are other beings out there, and one day maybe we will be able to communicate with them.
