This paragraph is complete BS. Does anyone play GTA for the story? I really don't think so. They didn't even put much story in it. They made the game to be pure adrenaline violence, to appeal to those idiotic kids. If it was about the story, do you really think healing yourself with hookers would be in the game? Hell no.
