Well, it's possible all the processing usually done on a separate processor (video, audio, etc.) will be done on the Cell, which would use up maybe 3 of the cores, so I see where you're going with the games only using 6. But, with a closer look, they say part of the dye "moves data from the processor to external chips (including, in the case of PS3, Nvidia's graphics processor)", although it does say a portion of the dye is from audio encoding.
I didn't see your post, but from the way you said it I think you're joking around cause not many people (especially here) are stupid enough to think a single person agreeing with what they say means they're right. Popular Science has pictures of both the outside and inside (the dye) of the Cell, with details about what 5 areas of the dye are and do, so I think they know more about the Cell than you.
The speeds are way up, accesses memory at 25.6GBytes/sec and 76.8GBytes/sec between the Cell and external chips, and the not so unusually high speed everyone probably knows already of 3.2GHz.
