Glad to see I'm not the only one incredibly fond of the original. I tought it was waaay better than Mario Kart 64 (much better paced for example) and easily one of the PS1's best games.
Too bad the sequels have all sucked ass. As you've stated, Naughty Dog = Love, while Vivendi = Fear. Still, I have faith.
