For people who can't be bothered...
"Hong Kong-based online retailer Lik-Sang.com announced today it is being sued by Sony Computer Entertainment Europe for selling Japanese PlayStation Portable systems to UK customers ahead of the PSP's European debut in September.

For gamers in the UK and Europe, ordering games and hardware from companies like Lik-Sang.com is often a way of saving money (the company currently offers free shipping on the PSP), as well as getting a product ahead of local release.

In legal action brought to the High Court of Hong Kong, Sony claims that Lik-Sang.com is violating trademark rights by offering the PSP to European customers. According to the Sony, "Lik-Sang's sales are an unlawful interference with Sony's economic interests."
