Yeah, if the giant Schwartz in office signs it, it would put a 4*4 sticker with an enormous 18 on it if the state deemed it necessary. They're also calling for mods and other third party stuff to be included in the rating. An example of why this is stupid: The sims, the best selling game of all time, has a skin mod that would cause the entire game to rated M. It's not the developer's fault!
