Okay, I have to take back what I said about Jack. When I met him, he was all business compared to KG who was, well, KG--exactly what you see in film is exactly who he is in real life.
That said, I had dinner lastnight with one of Jack's acting troupe buddies from college, and unbeknownst to me, Jack was the backbone behind A LOT of local struggling actors and musicians, my like himself. So, Jack basically used his hollywood muscle to open the doors for some of my friends, which is something I hadn't seen since they were all writing songs about him ditching them to hang out on the set so much, lol.
So yeah, Jack Black isn't a prick, he's just overly serious when he's not in character :T If you know who Lee is, from the show, he's really cool too, him and kyle have a side band called Trainwreck, and Jack Black will show up sometimes as "Tuffie McFuklebee" and sing a cover of Footloose or Takin' Care of Business. I caught them lastnight at the ViperRoom.
