Well, I spent quite a bit of time playing
Spyro yesterday and I'm enjoying it. :) That's not to say that what that review says isn't true. The points are there in the game but.... they don't ruin it for me, or haven't done so far and I spent a few hours on it. That review sounds like an OTT rant to me now I've started playing.
Take the part about it talking about the same text appearing on the top screen and the bottom screen, yes this is true but it's just a few screens for the story at the start of the game, after that it's gone and forgotten. Not enough for me to make a big deal out of it anyway.
I mean this might not be the game for all but I'm just relieved as I'd been looking forward to this one and that review dampened my spirits but I'm happy again as I'm having fun so far. Each to their own eh? But then I do like dragons, the colour purple (
), fantasy and magical things, RPGs etc.
