Spreading the word

It's sad how little you see of the DS around where I live. Every store in this town have PSPs I mean not only the videogame stores but every single electronic store. Most seem to have heard about the PSP but when you meantion the DS you only get a "what's that?" as a reply. If you then go on as... Nintendo DS... you get a oh.. Game Boy? . no.. It's quite interesting, the marketing is quite strong for the PSP. Before I bought my DS I wanted to buy a PSP for allot of times but I don't even know why?. Anyway, I've taken upon myself to speard the word around to people about the DS My parents up on their farm knows what it is now. They loved my Nintendog, Rex. My older brother's comments were "So this is what you play these days" Then he started playing Metos "It's so small I can't see anything, oh it's so fast". I reply, you think that's fast? *pushes in the L* He didn't last very long. He also played Mario 64 for the first time on the DS he was in chock when he had to run diagonally with the d-pad and he gave up. Yet when we brought up the topic if he should celebrate chrismas this year he said "maybe, I guess I can run off somewhere and borrow your DS". And for the record, my brother don't celebrate chrismas. One of my friends also got the chance to try the DS out, couldn't get him away from Mario after that.. oh well. I think what I'm trying to say with this post is just that the DS to me was and is a big improvment in matters of portable gaming. And it deservs to be better known. So, do like me. Spread the word.
