Well you have to make sense out of it with the fact that there is a laughter type. They make the powerful characters laugh, but the knowledgable characters are too smart to laugh, and so they are strong against laughter-type.
theONE: They are never going to make one. Even if they do, it won't be until 2007 at the earliest. You may just wanna buy it, I'm sure you will have the money to buy another game in a couple of years.
