If someone creates another ACWW FC thread (or FC's for any game), they should be determined to keep an up-to-date list of everyones info, otherwise it'll be just like the other and thus a duplicate which should be locked.
So, unless we start seeing a list by the time it can be locked, a mod should go ahead and lock this.
