Yo guys long time no talk, college has been getting crazy so ive been very busy

anyway my problem is that I have the game installed and everything on my PC. Yes the OS is XP and it is running fine, the only problem is that the controls are all messed up, i have looked around for patches and I cannot find them at all. The hand in the beginning that asks you for a new game or to continue just moves up and down really fast, like i have something sitting on the forward arrow whenthere is nothing.

anyone else know of this problem? even better a solution?
