Yes the games are in black and red but my eyes havnt hurt at all. The games are so cool when you play them. Its too hard to explain but its 3D in a way. The black and red doesnt make them bad or distracting or anything its just it was too expensive to make it color and the console would have been to expensive to sell. This could be one of the hardest in my quest for every American nintendo console.
