Finally got a chance to sit down with it for an extended period the other day.... INCREDIBLE GAME! I'm about 35 stars in at the moment, but I've been obsessively getting every star I see, such that I can basically skip to the boss world of the third (and likely fourth) galaxies without touching the levels. However that contradicts with the first and second laws.
