I don't think that the site needs rebuilding or re-colouring, it's fine the way it is. The only thing it does need is more promotion, and more invites to get your friends to join up so that we have more active users. I'd be up for helping to promote it to a wide audience, if everyone else is too. No planning is needed, just some good communication skills.
