The example you just gave doesn't clearly show if you support Hillary or not, it just shows that you're unbiased enough (assuming you've said anything positive about other candidates) to realize that Hillary isn't all bad. Technically, you didn't even make a flat-out statement, but it was rather a question, which pretty much avoids the possibility of the sentence being a lie. Then again, there is the statement of what Hillary's stance is and you could lie about it, but that's beside the point.
Attempting to give people a false perspective of your true opinion (by means other than remaining silent) is however a form of lying, and that's what I'm trying to make a point about.
