I've been on that site before Pilot and followed through what it said, but still nothing works.

After following the guides, the only troubleshooters it gives are:

Unable to completely install the USB Connector software
Not Connected to the Internet
The Registration Tool icon doesn't appear after installation is complete
Registration Tool displays Not Connected
The Registration Tool isn't detecting my DS

None of them describe my problem which is pants. My problem is that the test connection does not work. My DS can be detected fine by the Registration Tool, but when it comes to running the test connection, no connection can be made with the DS, not the internet.

The last feedback page that I tried to access didn't work, but I've just managed to find one that does so I'm going to send in my problem and see if they can help.

Wraith, the product is the official Nintendo USB Adaptor so my only bet is to try the form that I said before and hope for the best.
