A device the can store Mp3 files?
Isn't that homebrew?
and its at WALLMART!?
thats insane...
well anyway i would say that you shouldnt get that for its too expensive if you can get a nifty device called R4 Revolution.

It lets you play mp3's, Movies, and run homebrew for around 35$
But you can only get it on the internet.

And also, i have seen a device that allows your DS to pick up radio freaquencies but that was a dud. Are you sure thats not what you saw?
