For the body roll it around till its the biggest you can get it, then put it aside. Then the middle roll it around it its slightly smaller than the body. So put the body in a place were you can roll it beside (like near a rock) with out having to pop it up to mesure it.
For the head it's quite small but still a decent size. Usually its as big as when you can start rolling it around just a bit more.
Dirt also gets rid of snow from your ball.
