Are you talking about the Download Station demos or the full games? I'm pretty sure the Download Station demos are legal to download, since they're free in the first place. Full games on the other hand should have never become "downloadable".
I'm aware that most people get these devices for piracy, and because of my huge interest in the homebrew side of things and all the legal issues that these devices are getting in to because of piracy, my hatred for pirates has been kindled even more.
