Cool

It's not just about the hours for any single game, it's more about the total hours for all games and the number of games regularly played and the percentage of income spent for gaming. Someone with over about 30 hours every week in WoW and barely anything in other games is addicted to WoW, not addicted to gaming. At least that's my opinion.
What was it that the Masterer said in Pure Pwnage? "A true pwner owns all games. If one wants to truly pwn, one must pwn in all games." That holds truth and I believe at it's core that it defines how much of a gamer someone is.

LN appears to be kind of varied by looking at his weekly hours, but by looking at his total hours it appears he was a WoW addict and is currently a CSS addict. He has more total hours for both WoW and CSS than I do for my top game, but after the 840 hours of CSS it takes a nosedive to a game with 33 hours, which is clearly a sign of single-game (or two-game) addiction. By the way, I've found out that WoW players (I don't know how many) easily inflate their hours by keeping the game running at the login screen while sleeping (my sister does it all the time), so I don't really trust WoW hours to be very accurate to true play time. I might not have as many total hours this week as LN, but I'm not far behind and I've always been considerably more varied and never stay addicted to any one game for really long. Sorry for the statistical bash, but that's how I roll.
Oh, and Lkr, you aren't even close to me in any form of gaming hours. You sort of pwned yourself with what you said.

Just because I'm silly enough to waste the time doing the math, here's the stats I gathered for the three of us plus ShadowMarth for good measure.
Quote:
lkr721993
986 days of membership
50 games (34 with over 1 hour)
1268 total hours
273 total hours in games below the top 5
1 hour this past week in 3 games
1.286 avg. hours/day

pilot51
1443 days of membership
71 games (48 with over 1 hour)
3132 total hours
958 total hours in games below the top 5
18 hours this past week in 5 games (4 over 1 hour)
2.17 avg. hours/day

pilotln
452 days of membership
63 games (34 with over 1 hour)
2379 total hours
223 total hours in games below the top 5
22 hours this past week in 6 games (3 over 1 hour)
5.263 avg. hours/day

shadowmarth
1054 days of membership
48 games (36 with over 1 hour)
1847 total hours
660 total hours in games below the top 5
24 hours this past week in 4 games (3 over 1 hour)
1.752 avg. hours/day

In conclusion, here's how I see this breaking down: I'm at #1, ShadowMarth at #2, LN at #3, and Lkr at #4.
I dunno about you, but I found most of this post to be kind of funny. So, take it with a grain of salt and accept that I pwn at PC gaming more than you.

Soooo... We need an admin to make that PC gaming forum/board.
