[Edit] One of the ways you could connect would be through a a WEP enabled wireless router. Certain wireless routers will need you to allow the NDS to connect and you can adjust the settings through the gateway. This is the only method I'm familiar with. A last option I don't think you need to consider would be the Wi-Fi USB connector.

I'm not sure about whether the browser is worth it or not. It isn't for me because I'd need to get the expansion pak as well and the browser itself is already $60. That, and I have my PSP for surfing the net.

Ahh, for games I'd say CastleVania: Portrait of Ruin. The Wi-Fi part is an optional part of the game where you go through Boss Rush mode. ._. I'm a CV fangirl so I really couldn't help myself mentioning it. ^^
