I think it just depends on what you get used to. I'm not used to any so I want to go with the one with the most tutorials and whatnot...

Have you checked the programs' official site yet?
If its a complicated program, they usually have tutorials on there somewhere.

http://www.cs.nott.ac.uk/~dgf/tutorials.htm has a few tutorials using Photoshop on manga. Not sure if that's exactly what you are looking for, but it may help.

Glad I could help. I came across that site one day when I was researching manga, and bookmarked it in case I ever developed artistic talent.
