made a sig

i got some help on this from a friend(he helped me resize the pic and stuff), but other than that i added the effects and made it look cool. if i had done the resizing myself, what would you rate it?

here it is:

it is my first sig ever, so i just had to post a thread for it :)

Nothing special. I like the effect, but the light green LKR doesn't really work in that background, imo. It looks like its trying to escape and it's straining my eyes.

I'd give it at 7/10.

what color do you reccomend?

Yeah, that's a lot better. But I just random added the colour. I think it's all about preference though... and I have a huge headache so don't take my word xD

I like the slight neon effect of Seph's version, but the walls on the middle/right appear too dark. Also keep the font dark while making sure it's easily readable.

At first I thought you added a person in the picture, the dark spot being the back of the head, then I realized it's just a black hole.

The text needs blending, a border is needed and...I would recommend using a different photo filter rather than neon glow. Dont just use the photofilters, use other methods as well like lighting effects, scanlines and photo manip.

It's not that bad for your 1st, 6/10

Try adding filters to specific portions of the stock. Erase the parts that look bad. Don't overuse lots of filters though.

On the text, you see how the sig flows from foreground to back? Try to tilt your text that way and make it smaller as it goes if you know how to do that. Basically, just blend the text better.

Its pretty good for a first time stock manip. Usually, beginners start with render-brushed BG combos though.
