I actually disagree with that. I wouldn't say that Nintendo necessarily always has the best console, but would argue it's their games that makes them so great. While other systems may enjoy more third party support, Nintendo gets Nintendo games, and nobody, and I mean NOBODY, makes games as good as Nintendo...

Super Smash Brothers alone beats other consoles entire libraries...

I agree that Nintendo's games are simply one of the best but the lack of it is what killed GameCube.

And their graphics were pretty good... and the cost, damn. Nothing beats that. =/
