Do think it should be allowed?

I have just watched a rather disturbing video of a racoon getting abused and quite frankly it made me sick. I watched it because my step brother was upset, asked him why and gave me the link.

Anybody in their right mind should be shot if they did this kind of thing.

Disgusting.

Well it's not nice at all. But I do disipline my dog. Some times he gets crazy or trys to bite me, and I grab a stick and whack-a-dog.

but this video is worse than just hitting a dog with a stick... chuddy, do you think its too violent to explain to them? would i get in trouble?
