Assisted Suicide; What do you think? Right or Wrong?

I guess this place needs some discussion, so what better a topic!

So assisted suicide, is when someone is usually terminally ill, and they seek assistance to die, or when their life has got to the point of intolerable. For a more indepth view of the subject, go here.

So, what are you views on this? Is it simply black and white, or is it okay in some circumstances?

meh, theres so many drugs these days that doctors could keep you completely pain free until you die >_>

if they want to kill themselves, they should do it themselves. but lets not pretty much do it for them.

If it's to relieve the suffering of imminent death, such as with unrecoverable life threatening disease or injury, I'd say it's fine. As for suicide just to get out of the pressures of life, they should get some mental therapy so they can realize the hard life pressures can be overcome if they just let it. Suicide, usually typical of people living in the difficulties of the past, is a sign of weakness, especially when there's the potential of a long meaningful life ahead.

well it is, trying to commit suicide normally shows that your brain just can't handle life, cause you're a nub >_>

Depends...using missiles are pretty good...magmaul is hard and battle hamer takes for ever...hm you can also jump of edges. I can get like 100 in a battle if the place is harvester. Plus assisted suicide makes it faster cuz B00M!!!! HEAD SHOT!!!!

Well, its a very tough decision for me. I don't think we should be able to take a life (e.g. Terry Schiavo case) because once you die, its over. On the other hand, I don't like having people suffer years and years.

Right now, I take a pro-life stance since people have been known to recover and I don't think suicide should be legalized.

I would Help one of my Family members if they where termanly Ill and suffering because I just couldnn't bare 2 see my parents, grandparents die of something like a cancer (but I would only do it if they asked me to do so)
