We all have the same rights, it's the decisions they make that's not the same. You could take it out of perspective a bit and say murderers deserve the same rights as we do because they're humans. It's the choices people make that makes their rights different. I think if it becomes illegal, it should only affect those that aren't already married, I can imagine a lot more conflict forcing divorce than preventing marriage.
Also what I said about Christian gays, it's true, they can believe in God, but they don't know the Bible nearly enough to know being gay is bad, or they think it means something else that makes being gay ok. It's just as bad as Catholics basically, just not knowing the Bible and thinking they're doing the right thing, usually based on what others (like priests) tell them.
