Ok let me get this out, I think all comparisons should be as identical as possible, not completely different locations/views as with all of those (maybe except Rayman).
N64 has a higher resolution, but DS is sharper, this is because RCA connections and TVs back in the day (and still many today) are naturally blurry and not accurate to the pixel. N64 has the texture filtering, but I think the DS has improved higher resolution textures which makes up for it, at least for most of the stuff. Clearly a higher polygon count for DS and improved models. Colors look more natural on DS, especially for SM64, although that depends almost entirely on the game and not the system. Overall, I think the DS has better graphics, especially when it comes to that natural look. |

you have to take into account that the screens that both systems are played on are very diffrent.
