Since when is that considered proof? So if a developer only throws bananas forward, is it considered cheating to throw it backwards? Its all a matter of preference, if you want to do it, go ahead, just because the developers dont want to do it doesnt mean its wrong for everyone to do it.
An example: The developers of SSB didnt come up with fastfalling and shorthopping. It was found and recognized as useful part of battle by a average game player.
Another one: The computer in SSBM never jumps over a motion sensor bomb.

By deductive reasoning, that means that if the computer was able to jump over the motion sensor bomb, it wouldnt be cheating. Well, it cant, so does that mean everyone is cheating when they dodge one?

Snaking is no deception. It is clearly there, able to be seen by anyone. If you neglect to utilize it, its fully the ignormaus' fault.
