On a Starcraft online match, ill bet only a few know how to successfully Reaver Drop. It blows them away like a mofo nonetheless. And note that it is a strategey, not a cheat. What about mixing units? It works very well but its definetly not a cheat, its a strategy.

And when does snaking always blow someone away? If you dont like snaking, simply play on Sky Garden or something. Snaking is not always beneficial, unlike a cheat.

Also, for your information, i dont snake online. Heck, I havent even gone one global wifi yet. I just feel that a legitamate tactic deserves defense.

ok then, play online against someone that uses it against u tehn start talking, y are u defending it when u havent experienced it yet?? i cant chose who i play against unless i play with friends, maybe nintendo should do sumthing where there is like different server type things u can go to , like amateur, pro etc.

Well, fox's shine in SSBM isnt meant to be a meteor, but you can use it as that. Does that mean its cheating? D:

According to shadowmarth, that doesnt justify "cheating". But in my belief, it wasnt cheating to begin with.

Ok, you seem to be big into analogies, and I don't have time to adress each one, so I'll put it simply. Each of the instances you said were purposefully built into the game. Reaver drops are a normal strategy, after all, it is a strategy game. This isn't a strategy game, and this isn't reaver dropping. And not many people know how to do it? Come on, it's a basic protoss tactic. EVERYBODY knows how to do it. EVERYBODY knows how to defend against it. It's a carefully tuned balance of the game. Snaking unbalances the game. That alone doesn't make it a cheat, but it does make it cheap.

You've given many "similar" examples of elements built into the game. I have to wonder, why havn't you actually adressed the issue? You've danced around it with your motion bomb talk (completely sensless and rediculous example), and atacking starcraft is a moronic attempt. However, you havn't changed the fact that it is in fact a cheat. For all your fine tuned elaborations, and sarcastic exaggerations, you've yet to give me any reason to think it's not. I've, however, given more than enough reason to conclusively decide that it is.

this is the problem now i dont go online because of this anymore and you mightt as well not go up there if you dont have it mastered. i specifically remember one time when i race some guy name ultimat mario and azen they snaked the walls off i was so pissed

And thinking the way you think now,you'll be a victim by it everytime,if other people had the same idea you had,no one would snake,but theres always going to be one rebel,and that rebel will win, unless you face the fact that it is mean't to be used and not cheap.The only thing that is cheap in the game is really the ITEMS.

Snaking is no deception. It is clearly there, able to be seen by anyone. If you neglect to utilize it, its fully the ignormaus' fault.
