RE: Gameboy Micro

wow seph thats crazy! how close was he? a town away? anyway i think that it is indeed parents who have bad judgement but still even if the parent is PERFECT the kid might play at a friends house or could JUST BE disturbed and dealing with problems but when he commits a crime and the parents turn to video games as the culprit i get sorta angry! what about movies? they have violence in a PG-13 movie! what about books? Books dont have RATINGS! there are so many other things but parents just go BAM it was the video game! its really annoying.

Lol, that's an interesting issue as well. Ever seen the "Young Adult" section at your school? Remove the "Young" to be more accurate.

Well, like an hour away from my area. =/

And SM, I once found a guide to sexuality book (registed to the school library). Too bad the librarian was there with me... ;_; So, really, the school doesn't even care what books are being placed on their shelves. It's ridiculous! Why don't they have more than one copy, damnit! IT'S RIDICULLOUS!

Anyways, you're right, if they're blaming videogames, they might as well blame every violent theme in the entire world. But (not to side with them), maybe they're trying to take it one at a time?

But adults let the children play the violent games. It's the parents responsibility. That's why they are parents. And thats what age ratings are for.

In Mormom's article, the dude is 18 years old and he's blaming videogames. Is it still the parent's responsibility? Nope. So, who's it to blame in this scenario? =/

RE: Revo FAQ

Hehe.... Guess what, you're moving to california where they've already passed an even more idiotic law. That makes it 18, not 17. My condolences...
