Confused?

Does the DS need batteries like AAA and AA or does it use a battery that u recharge? I thought it was a battery that you recharge but reading some posts it sounds like it uses a triple A battery or something? So please tell me which one it uses and what battery sizes if it doesnt use its own!

The DS has a rechargeable lithium lon battery. No offence but we are not in the ice age.

Yup listen to the man. He's right. Just plug in the charger that you get with the system and there ya go. Battery recharged. Rather like a mobile phone.
