This is probably the best deal you could get anywhere: http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.1202 You'll also need to buy a microSD card. You'll probably want either 1GB ($10) or 2GB ($20). Don't go for the R4DS+microSD bundles because that's just a waste of money.

For microSD I buy from eBay because that's just about as cheap as they get. If you don't want to use eBay, try Newegg.

My brother bought one and I bought one for my sisters' birthday. Both were paid through Paypal and they both arrived in great condition about 2 weeks after the order. You don't need an account with the website to order from them, I didn't.
