DS headset

while browsing reviews of the DS on the net i came across one speculating that the sqaure port next to the ear phone port will be used for the headset, (if there was a topic already saying this then my bad).
also has there been anynews on why that port is there

Well i haven't heard any news all i know is that there must be one coming out for it because if you look closely, then you can clearly see an image of a headset.

I don't know about you guys but this really excites me!

damn thats true, i always thought it was just a picture of head phones, never noticed that.

in the manual it says thats a microphone plug

o yea... was that the "mystery port" from a long time ago?

i remember a lot of discussion as to what it could be
