DS into MP3 player
I just saw the other day at Walmart by the accessories something that gives your DS the ability to be an MP3 player. I think there was some other stuff it could do too. It was under $30. Just wondering if anyone else has seen this or knows what it is all about? I tried to find it on the Walmart website and couldn't. I wish I could remember what it was called, I might have to go back and see if it is still there, it was the only one.

A device the can store Mp3 files?
Isn't that homebrew? and its at WALLMART!? thats insane... well anyway i would say that you shouldnt get that for its too expensive if you can get a nifty device called R4 Revolution. It lets you play mp3's, Movies, and run homebrew for around 35$ But you can only get it on the internet. And also, i have seen a device that allows your DS to pick up radio freaquencies but that was a dud. Are you sure thats not what you saw?

There IS a device that picks up radio... And it's not a dud.
The only MP3 DS stuff I've seen is homebrew, so this is an interesting question... Did it look like this? Nintendo confirms DS MP3 Player - Engadget

Honestly, MP3 players are dirt cheap these days, and I'd just find one with nice features and grab it instead.

Just get the hombrew thing.
Thats what I did....and I am glad I did. It gives you a wider range of choices and options than a to bit Mp3 player.

Theres some 3rd party mp3 only cards for the Nintendo DS which are sold at places like Wallmart.
Homebrew Flash Carts are much better as they offer a bigger range on what you can do.
