DS in my wal mart!!

I was picking my girl up from work (she works there) so i thought id stroll to the electronics section just to be sure. I really didnt want it to be there becuase i knew id be tempted to play it! But there it was, a demo :o . I tried to walk passed it but i turned around and touched it a couple times.arrrhh! I saw the metroid demo on the screen ,(touch to play), i held off, and walked away. Im glad at least checked it out. now im excited all over agin. :D

PS. the sounds and lights i did hear and see were really nice.it has a beautiful glow, all concerns of it being a toy are vanashed.

And of course when the DS is realease, we here at TouchDS wil review all the launch titles so you know what to spend your money on

WOW. As always europe dont have any thing to do with all this crazy stuff. How typical.Oh well im importing one so i should get it for christmas 2005... Im ordering from Lik-Sang what about you?

I know. Im from Europe too and have to rely on the internet for my source of DS information. The UK mags are slowly picking up on it but absolutely nothing in gaming stores yet.

Hey Blackzc do u live in the states? because i havent seen any DS demos in Ottawa, Canada even though my local ebgames already has it in stock.

I know that no demos will be in the UK for a long time and thats for sure. There are barely any gamecube stands anywhere and lets not even start on the Gamecube shelves.

ITs stupid.. game shops devote loads of shelve space to XBOX and PS2 in UK.. and 3 shelves for HALO 2 alone...
.. they give the gamecube 3 shelves too. Metroid 2 gets... 2 boxes on display. Ridiculous!

But lets keep on topic. DS Demo units in UK I think will be arriving in March.

And look at tesco, touchds, Any GameCube goods to be found there? NOPE! how about argos. Wow there are more lawnmowers on display than any gamecube product!

Makes me mad.

Virgin Megastore have stopped stocking GameCube games. The new Zelda game is going to get no promotion over here.. that makes me EVER madder.

Lets hope the DS gets more shelf space than the PSP - or I think we'd have to start a riot.
