DS Stuck in customs

My DS should be arriving tommorow.

..but my export company lied to customs about the price of the DS so they had to ring me up to try and sort it. I have heard nothing since then and tracking says it is still in customs. I hope it arrives tommorow, but they said if they cant sort it it'll return to sender.

How gutted would I be then? I cannot believe they lied.. i dont care about paying tax - i want my DS.
