im pretty sure it can be used for calling people when in a hot spot, but i doubt it can support AIM or anything

A new version of picto chat in the future could easily support a similar chat program with voice and such like - we just have to wait and see what Ninty have in store for us.

Heh...it may not be able to support AIM, but I've had a sick desire to find out if I can IRC from my DS.

Wow. February-March is a great time for Nintendophiles. I'll be too busy with RE4 and Starfox to really be paying alot of attention to my DS at the time...but I'm sure it won't be anything like Sega's Big Announcement.

Hopefully a Zelda game will be announced as well. I think they need a blockbuster game to go with the blockbuster announcement to steal the PSP's debut thunder.

Agree with all of you guys.

Nintendo will do so well next year its unreal. - And a Zelda game would be just the icing on the cake so to speak.

YEAH i hope its online capability is like ps2 online(you can see the messages in the top left corner) and there are other more chat rooms for each game

March is going to be the month when all of the great games are expected to be released. I hope that going online doesn't tie up your phone line, or cost any money. If it does cost money to go online I wouldn't get it. Tieing up a phone line wouldn't be that bad I guess.
