I dont think Nintendo would just dishout a remake for FE, i think you are able to play the first one.... or something...
But i think there is a new story.....

I think they'd do a remake, considering Marth's popularity stateside despite the complete lack of any games with him.

Marth isnt in the 1st one is he?
I never saw him AT ALL! or mabye it was a different name or something....hmmmmmm........ But i think there is a new story on board or like more sidequests, not just a port.

I believe you're confusing your Fire Emblems wraith. Keep in mind the series has existed in Japan since the NES. The one we know as "Fire Emblem" is really FE7.

Thanks....cause I only played FireEmblem on the GBA....... THats pretty cool...... So, its gonn abe like FF3 is it? The only FE to not coem out in the awest or something? But, hey anyway its gonna be a good game, so its gonna be a must buy.

As I said, the first one we got was FE7 in Japan. So there's at least six fire emblem games we've never seen in America.

Yeah
Outside of japan all we've seen is FE7, FE8(Sacred Stones), and FE9(Path of Radiance, GC) and soon FE10 on the wii. Out of 9 out in the series, we've only seen 3 in english.
