I just read an article on gamefaq.com about Ebgames' atempt to releas the DS on 16th. I still would like to treat it as a rumor because nobody wants to confirm such an information. As an insider to the industry I have to say that penalities involved when breaking the street date can be very heavy. Once it has been broken then other retailers are alowed to sell as well. Looking at the past week I have to note that there has been a trend to break street dates. Last week alone there has been five dates broken alone. First was two CDs that I dont remember, then Chingy, then Eminem, and then Half-Life2. What about the DS? I guess we will find out before next sunday.

Jumping release date.
I sure hope it will come out on the 16th. All this waiting is gonna make me mental...very soon!!! I haven't preordered, but i'm planning on getting it on the 21, or maybe the 20th, if it comes out the 16th. :lol: :lol: :lol:

I reserved it a while ago. Aside from that, I doubt that the ds will come out til the 21st. Because it's shipping from Nintendo HQ in Seattle, the East Coast wont get it till later!

PSP Website?
I will definitly know when stores will have it. One thing you got to know is that when they start shipping they will go to the Distribution centers (i guess they are already there) and them be shipped to the stores. Usually sotres get this stuff a week before the release date in case someone breaks the street date. I was there today and I have checked the system. I know that we dont have it yet. And it is not traveling on the truck either. Probably tuesday they will arive.

No. If that happens other retailers will be able to sell them early and the company thats ships it earlt will be punished. :evil:

Import: My Order will be shipped at end of release week...
I know this has nothing to do with me as i live in England. But we, in the U.K do not have this Breaking the release date thingy... or do we???? Well at least you will be able to talk to Nintendo, just they will be shouting and screaming at you down the phone. Gain some loose some i guess.
