Banisher has 3 mushrooms, so I shortcut all three laps. That and the cloud hopping shortcut; since the Banisher has high accel terrain doesn't affect it much. It's really slow though, snaking is a must with it.

What character and kart did you use?

Koopa Troopa (Dry Bones) with Standard DB, but i think the reccomended kart is the Dry Bomber.
also that record is over 5 months old. i still got to update it :p
