actually bittorrent is highly reliable. i've yet to have a problem. and as long as you have a decent virus protector and a spyware destroying program, you should never worry. with other p2p programs you get incorrectly named files, so you end up downloading something you don't want. with bit torrent, everything is always named correctly.
