New Site Sections?

I was thinking maybe Im not to sure on this thing though. I dont COMPLETELY understand this whole entire LAN connection thing. Maybe we should have this game section where we can plan when ppl could play together for like a tournament suppose for Metroid Prime and play agaisnt each other make the site like a hot spot sort of thing. once again i dont understand the LAN concept that much but i think that would be cool.

gambit has a good idea...perhaps we could have a stats page where everyone's online stats could be up for display, such as kills, deaths, mvps, whatever it needs. kinda like xbox live and halo 2. i would like to see maybe some online tournaments set up, maybe a clan ladder for any future army games (hopefully something like socom, call to duty, counter strike etc) anything that would allow us to have groups and teams to play on.

aside from those online things...how bout a page listing all the polls that have been taken or a "what if" page where the editors of the site would suggest games they'd like to see.

just a few suggestions...maybe i'll come with some others later.

You need to be in a wireless hotspot - in a coffee shop or in your home with a wireless router on.

Wat exactly is a wireless hotspot? i actually owna wireless router which connects to my laptop but then dont u neeed this rather large chip that need to be inserted?

The DS comes with that large chip built in - hence the fact it is setup for online play. This is the Wi-Fi it has built into it.

A wireless hotspot is a public place where they have a wireless router for people with Laptops to surf the net or now, to play DS. Examples are coffee shops such as... well, rhymes with 'TarDucks' and libraries, schools and internet cafés. No doubt Nintendo will come out with something very clever to make online play easier... not sure what though
