Nintendo DS to Include the Palm OS?

if the Ds goes online my guess would be that nintendo would release a nintend router this would also stop viruses in a way since they work on tcp proticol so the change in lauguage way also act as a firewall because you canbe sure there will be sombody outthere trying to make a vireus that will attack the new portable both DS and PSP

thats just a guess but one would expect nintendo to release an offical router

Nintendo should let the NDS connect to standard hotspots for useabillity issue.
Being that the firm isn't flashable (i don't think it is) i virus could only exist for a signel session so i wouldn't lose any sleep over that. (The expection being that one manages to write it's self to the game cart)


I wouldn't be surprised if Ninty released a dongel that could be used instead of a wireless router, for portabillity issues as well as to make it more friendly for people who don't like messing around w/ wireless routers.

Someone needs to stop using windows so much

Virus' are really only a problem on windows, to a large extent because your pretty much forced to run as admin.... you can be sure that anything that Nintendo make will be very secure.

as a general rule FireFox and the other's are less prone to attack then the Internet Explorer browser.

Firefox is far better than IE, try using it the forums and when you see a topic your interested in click the link with the middle mouse wheel, far far better than having 20 seperate windows open.
