which one is better?

Between SIMS Pets 2 and Animal Crossing which is better or more fun? They aren't exactly the same kind of game but my son really likes games like Harvest Moon, Nintendogs and Pet Vet. He also enjoys Minish Cap and Bomberman Land. I can't decide which game to get him for Easter and he wants both SIMS Pets 2 and Animal Crossing....I am leaning towards animal crossing...

Also someone else is getting him Zoo Tycoon DS, how is that game?

Zoo Tycoon DS is ok.....
If you want a war at your house,
I vaguely remember yousaying you have sons?
Well, You can't save more than 1 zoo in that game.

And Get animal Crossing:Wild World.
It is soooo much better than pets and it also much! MUCH! Friendlier to kids.
(Like you cant see them......how should I put this.........Go into the bedroom shut the door..........)
That sort of stuff isnt on animal crossing!
Stick with animal crossing

Yes I do have two sons, good memory...The littlest only 3 probably won't be interested in Zoo Tycoon, I think it will be too hard for him, so the 6 year old will get that. I have definatly decided to go with Animal Crossing for the 6 year old also, it seems to have great reviews and anyone I have talked to say to go with it. Plus my older son likes Harvest Moon much more than nintendogs, I sort of compared Animal Crossing and SIMs Pets to those.

My 3 year old it getting Dogz cuz he really likes nintendogs and he wants the New Super Mario Bros. A friend of theirs has that game and I guess he plays it, plus we have yoshi's island and he plays that alot.

Is the New Super Mario Bros the same game back from the original NES or is it just the same 2-D graphics like that game had?

The way I understand it, it has the same levels as the original Super Mario Bros., but they're modified. Also the graphics are 3D, at least the characters are, but the classic 2D side-scrolling aspect is maintained, so people often call it 2.5D

It hasnt got the same levels, New Super Mario Bros. is a completely new game, and the graphics are 2D but the characters are all in lovely 3D, That should be a great choice for kids, as it seems alot more kid friendly than previous Mario games, personally i found new Super Mario Bros a little too easy...

Well my older son is very much enjoying Animal Crossing...If anyone here likes Animal Crossing you should try Harvest Moon. Harvest Moon is funny cuz your character has to build a productive farm and try to win the heart of one of the girls in the town and marry her, when you do this I guess you bring back the goddess or some sprite.

My youngest did get New Super Mario. I reminds me so much of the game I played on the original NES, so I love it. It is very easy which is why I like it and my 3 year can play it well enough too!

It is the one for the nintendo DS called Harvest Moon DS, your are not a robot in this one you are a farmer. There are farm animals and a farm boy on the case cover.

If you're really liking the Sim games, then there are two coming out soon. Sim City DS, which seems to bear much similarity to Sim City 3000, though that might be a bit much. And also, there's Theme Park, which seems to be linked to the Sim Theme Park and Sim Coaster games, which I quite liked.

Also, in the Harvest Moon vein, the DS game was actually one of the less-impressive ones. There's an array of those games on pretty much any handheld or console platform made by Nintendo.
