Ordered Nintendo DS at GameStop Online...

Did anyone else here order it through Gamestop as well and when will they ship it out to the people who ordered it between 12 - 21st when the 2nd chipment arrives? Was it a smart idea to order it from gamestop online instead of at a retail store or another online store?

Got it with a bundle price with Mario 64 DS for 180 bucks.

I ordered mine from a similar online store and i only just made the second shipment.

I ordered on the 14th and they just updated saying any orders placed before the 16th will be sent out the end of the release week.

From this I can only conclude that they will be recieving a limited supply of DS' each week to sell - see our news.

Gamestop is very popular though and so you may find yourselve waiting a few weeks... Im not sure. Plmars, our other site mod, is the guy to ask about shipments and stores as he works in a electronics store. He may know more about this soon...

Not for the 21st... and shops have already been allocated set numbers of them.

You're best hope is the 28th - the next shipment. It'll be worth waiting for.
And in the mean time you can come on here to talk to people who have got one or read our reviews of all the launch titles.

The rumor says that the suply is limited not by manufacturing process but a shortage of LCD screens due to the demand for the cell phones.
