Pictochat is officialy ONLINE

Its official, Team Xlink have been succesful in tunneling PictoChat, meaning that soon we should all be able to chat on our DS' over the internet.

No details yet as to how we will connect to the service or indeed, about the service itself, but we now know it is possible and that online on the DS is getting so close... :lol: im so happy i could cry.

yeah me too. But im still bafled on how to get my DS onto the network. Im gonna have to read that manual when i get it. Official product? (router?)

Like the developer of this (not official, not nintendo) says, do NOT start wasting your money on routers, psi cards yet.

hell yes!! i had always had my lil doubt becuz nothing was really "official" but now that somebody is sure it works.. makes me feel a whole lot better.. i think if the ds didnt have any online capabilities id go with the psp

This is gonna change the way handheld gaming is looked at check it,this has NEVER been done before this is gonnna blow the doors off handheld gaming :lol:

Hey guys do not get so hot about this feature right now, it is still in development stage and I think there is a lot of work to be done. If it works that doesn't mean that really, really works well and I would wait for official Nintendo press release or something ... we must wait :)
